You will need your activation code (from the "about" screen on your copy of Stat/Transfer) and your current password for Stat/Transfer. If you forgot your password, you can have it sent to you by clicking the button below.
Upon successfully completing this form, you will be sent to another page where you can enter your new email addresss.
